2. Reservations

Reservations made through this website are subject to confirmation by the hotel.
Guests must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel or reject reservations in case of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete data
  • Misuse of the system
  • Suspected fraud

3. Rates and Payments

Rates are displayed in the applicable currency and include taxes unless otherwise stated.

The hotel reserves the right to modify rates at any time; however, confirmed reservations will honor the agreed price.

For reservations guaranteed with a credit card, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged 2 days prior to the arrival date.


4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations are free of charge if made up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date.

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to check-in, one night will be charged as a penalty, even if the reservation was made within that same period.

In case of no-show, one night will be charged as a penalty.


5. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


6. Website Use

Users agree to use this website lawfully and appropriately.
It is prohibited to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Use content without authorization

7. Intellectual Property
